How does our Best Price Guarantee Program work?

If you buy an item on www.soundsonline.com or www.soundsonline-europe.com advertised with the Best Price Guarantee badge from now through December 31, 2015 (Guarantee Period), and find a lower advertised price on the same item (of identical brand and model number) within 14 days of the purchase date, Soundsonline will match that price subject to verification and the terms below. The cost difference will be credited to you in the form of a Soundsonline promotional gift card. This offer applies only to the advertised online price of identical items offered for sale by competitors. Auction site prices are not eligible for this offer. For purposes of comparing prices, the price ("Price") is the total advertised price of the item including shipping costs, but Price shall not include discounts from a "Loyalty" or "Membership" program, and Price shall not include shipping discounts from a membership program such as Amazon Prime. In addition, the Price of a Soundsonline item shall not include sales tax, if any. Competitor's Price must be advertised after you bought your item but no later than December 31, 2015. All times stated herein are Pacific Standard Time.

Exclusions: The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• 1. Items not displaying the Best Price Guarantee badge at the time of your purchase.
• 2. A Competitor's item offered (a) for free or with rebate or coupon or promotional gift card/promotional credit, (b) as part of a bundled offer or financing offer, (c) as a clearance/closeout sale.
• 3. A Competitor's item which is out of stock/not available for immediate shipment or which is offered in limited quantities
• 4. A Competitor's item which is offered as open box or refurbished.
• 5. Add-on services such as extended warranty or installation.
• 6. A Competitor's advertised Price which is the result of a typographical error.

Limitations: Only one price guarantee per customer; only one price guarantee per item.
